Meg’s distinguished career began at a Washington, DC law firm specializing in telecommunications startups. Her exceptional dedication and entrepreneurial drive propelled her to Equity Partner status just seven years after law school.
However, Meg’s true passion lay in fostering client growth and success, catalyzing a pivotal shift in her professional journey.
Embracing her desire for direct impact, Meg transitioned to the corporate world taking on leadership roles that saw her help expand a startup from 10 to over 200 employees globally. Her ascent continued through executive positions at Orange, the GSM Association in London, and an Indian foundation focused on girls’ education. Throughout, Meg demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate complex cultural landscapes and challenge traditional boundaries of race, gender, and nationality.
In 2011, Meg’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to start investing in disruptive tech and telecom startups, showcasing her keen eye for innovation. After a decade abroad, she returned to New York City, co-founding an edtech and tech solutions startup before establishing Frame Advisory, LLC, a boutique strategy and growth consultancy that empowers startup founders and small business owners to realize their visions and achieve success.
